mcGill_staff_valerieValerie began her career as teacher for children with autism spectrum disorders in 1999, in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. She moved to Pittsburgh in 2004 and began working in the human services field as a Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. In 2015, upon receiving her Masters Degree in Education, she transitioned to working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, where she began her career with Shawn McGill Consulting Inc.
